Dont do this DIY keretin treatment : personal review.

If you are person with frizzy and messy hair with split ends, you definetly must have been looking home remedies to treat them.

Recently I browsed youtube for diy hair treatment for damaged hair as I dont want to add more chemicals to my already damaged hair.

As the current pandemic situations, I dont want to go to any saloons either.

So I came across a video.  The before and after results impressed me too much. The person in the video had a frizzy hair just like I had and after taking the treatment she had a pretty hair just like the person had gone through a real keretin treatment. I decided to give it a try.

Wait till you hear the results.

Below are the ingredients for the hair mask.

  • Rice
  • Coconut milk
  • Olive oil
  • Corn starch

Procedure.

Boil the rice until you can't make it to a paste. After boiling the rice put it in a grinder, next add the other ingredients one by one.

And apply it to the whole hair.

I did as instructed. The paste was gooey. And I regret doing it. Although I mixed it to a smooth paste as much as possible, some particles of the rice stayed the same. I dont know whether if it was a fault with the food grinder but reading the comments, some said the same. And those particles were really a challenge to wash away. It took like ages to send them away from my hair as they stayed stucked and pasted.

Okay! Atleast I thought the results would be amazing. Guess what? The hair was same as before

Everything on internet isn't true.  Trying this only wasted my energy and time. I was disappointed.

Once again I browsed YouTube for reviews on the same treatment.  I should have done that first. There were many review videos on the same topic and everybody said that it doesnt work.

Finally, I dont recommend these type of treatment. This taughted me to learn about anything before experimenting.

Thanks for reading. Hope this would be helpful .

Understanding Positive Affirmations

Positive affirmations are powerful tools that can help shape our thoughts, beliefs, and actions. They are statements or phrases that reflect positive qualities, desires, or outcomes. When used consistently and with intention, positive affirmations can have a profound impact on our mindset and overall well-being. One of the key principles behind positive affirmations is the concept of self-talk. We constantly engage in internal dialogue, and the words we choose to use can either uplift or limit us. By consciously choosing positive affirmations, we can reframe our self-talk and cultivate a more positive and empowering inner dialogue. The first step in understanding positive affirmations is to recognize their purpose. Affirmations serve as reminders and reinforcements of the reality we want to create for ourselves. They help to shift our focus away from negative or limiting beliefs and redirect it towards positive possibilities. To create effective positive affirmations, it's impor...

GREAT WAYS TO IMPROVE LIFE AT HOME

Spending a peaceful life at home is everyone's intention. After all, if you do or don't have peace in your life, you must learn how to improve life quality. It is so unhappy to hear from people about the toxic quality of life they have at home. Many loves to live in peace and follow a good lifestyle, but they claim that they have got a toxic household, big family issues, don't have a personal room etc. Some say that they would improve their lifestyle into a better quality of life if they have a room all alone or get out from the family and goes to live alone, but these thoughts works only fifty per cent. I have witnessed, many of my friends said so. Once they got a room all alone, or they shifted alone, absolutely nothing changed in their lifestyle. Their lifestyle went on and on like • Getting up at 2 am • Eating breakfast • No lunch • Wash • Sitting on the computer for hours/ on mobile • Going to sleep at 3 or 4 o clock am. You don't need everything al...
