It is addictive to scroll down the social media, tik tok and YouTube. Personally, I myself have witnessed this. I would make excuses for my own self convincing that  this would be the one last time, just 5 minutes,  finally it would be 5 hours, still I would be scrolling.

Such a timewaster!

Finally, I would advise myself telling that I would limit my mobile.

Milk rice : a traditonal sri lankan food

 Kiribath also known as milk rice is a traditional sri Lankan food. Commonly, it is served for breakfast. It can be also seen as a rice pudding.  Kiribath(milk rice) is served in every auspicious moments in sri Lanka. Just like for a new year, every 1st day of a month and any happy moments throughout lifetime. By the way, why is it called as milk rice? It is because this traditional rice is cooked with coconut milk. Also, it is simple and easy to prepare. It may take approximately 15 minutes for this easy recipe. You will need, White rice 250g 2 cups of water 1 cup of coconut milk 1 teaspoon salt Clean and wash the rice Add 2 cups of water and start to cook. Keep First 2 minutes in high flame and then cook in medium flame Do you know? New rice can be easily cooked but in the contrary old rice may take a little time.
