GREAT WAYS TO IMPROVE LIFE AT HOME

 Spending a peaceful life at home is everyone's intention. After all, if you do or don't have peace in your life, you must learn how to improve life quality.

It is so unhappy to hear from people about the toxic quality of life they have at home.

Many loves to live in peace and follow a good lifestyle, but they claim that they have got a toxic household, big family issues, don't have a personal room etc.


Some say that they would improve their lifestyle into a better quality of life if they have a room all alone or get out from the family and goes to live alone, but these thoughts works only fifty per cent.


I have witnessed, many of my friends said so. Once they got a room all alone, or they shifted alone, absolutely nothing changed in their lifestyle.

Their lifestyle went on and on like


• Getting up at 2 am

• Eating breakfast

• No lunch

• Wash

• Sitting on the computer for hours/ on mobile

• Going to sleep at 3 or 4 o clock am.


You don't need everything alone to spend a better quality of life. If you have the courage, if you are not a time-waster, you can begin anywhere to improve life quality. 


I have noticed, people who talk too much don't do anything, likewise people who always says I would do this if I have all alone end doing nothing even if they got the chance of being alone. I'm not telling everybody. If you have improved your quality of life after moving alone, congrats.


My advice is, even if you have a toxic household, you can start improving your quality of life.


I live in a home with a big family. But I follow a good lifestyle at home. It is all up to you to improve your life.


Even I can declare and spend a toxic routine telling that I have a big family so that I couldn't spend a good lifestyle. But I don't do that. I dare to improve my life. If I didn't take steps to spend a good routine throughout the day, I wouldn't get the inspiration to be a blogger.


First, put away all the rubbish and drama going around your house. Stop depressing yourself. You need to love yourself. That's why you should stay away from rubbish problems. If you have toxic family members stay away and try being on your own.

Here are some ways to improve life at home


Wake early morning


Wake early in the morning. Morning means peace. As a blogger, morning is my favourite part of the day. Set up your alarm into a nature ringtone, something like the sound of birds or piano melody. Keep your phone in someplace where it is out of reach. Then you have to get up from your bed to off the alarm.

Or else, if you keep your mobile under your pillow, you will end up switching off your alarm and going back to sleep.


Work out.


Life at home,Change into workout clothes. I do workouts every morning. I did workouts at our hall Going back to the time when I had no room on my own.

Usually, I follow YouTube videos while I'm doing workouts. That's a good option for beginners.


Try to work out at least 30 minutes a day


Breakfast


Life at home,It is important to have a good breakfast. Say bye to the habit of having breakfast during lunch. These are life improvements. You can read a newspaper or a book during breakfast.

Clean your surroundings.

Life at home,Make your bed. Arrange your pillows. I have kept beautiful big soft toys in my bed. It looks more tidy. Sweep your home. Stay clean. In these ways you can improve your lifestyle


After work out and breakfast, change to your everyday clothes. Although you are inside your home, don't run around in your pyjamas. It is pleasant to wear beautiful clothes. Make your bed. Arrange your pillows. I have kept beautiful big soft toys in my bed. It looks more tidy. Sweep your home. Stay clean. In these ways you can improve your lifestyle

Start a hobby


Life at home,Having a hobby is better to keep your mind engaged. You can start learning something new. Try learning some languages or learning a musical instrument or handwork. This is a good way to improve life at home.

Life at home,If you're working from home, which means you will have to spend more time on your laptop. I do this as I'm a blogger. Most of the time I spend on writing new blog posts and browsing ideas. Then editing my articles and websites takes time. What you can do is, take breaks from time to time. It is not a good idea to spend hours on screen.

You can walk around your house. Talk a little with your family members or have a small walk around your garden. Do Anything which makes you feel better. I feel overwhelmed when I continuously spend on a laptop.



Nighttime.


Life at home,Before bed, you can keep a habit of writing a journal. Keeping a journal is very good. It also helps in manifestations and planning your goals. Recently I brought this stuff from Amazon especially to keep my journal look nicer. They worked wonderful now that my journal is tidy.


Night is the time you relax. After being tired all day, it is better to do some stretches and neck pop-ups. You can do some meditation to bring inner peace. Or even listen to some music?


Before bed, you can keep a habit of writing a journal. Keeping a journal is very good. It also helps in manifestations and planning your goals. Recently I brought this stuff from Amazon especially to keep my journal look nicer. They worked wonderful now that my journal is tidy.


Try having a diary. Here you can write whatever you feel and relax.


Keep in mind, go early for bed. Because early to bed will be early to rise.

Vesak festival.

 Lord buddha's birthday is celebrated on the days 26th of month of may. It is a special and a holy day for Buddhists and celebrated grandly in most of Asian countries, including china, Burma, nepal, Thailand and Sri Lanka etc. There is a special story regarding this holy day.
