How quarantine changed lifestyle

 There is nothing to explain more about the prevailing pandemic conditions as we have already acknowledged about that. There are few things, no, not few things, many things have change in people's life due to this.



Some to better, some from better to worse,  or worse to the worst.

To say, more than the bright side of quarantine, bad side is more to talk. 

I can see how people have changed their day and lifestyle. It is really disappointing to watch how people make night time as their day and the daytime as night. Many tend to be awake all nights just like owls. This practice is not good for health. You may also like to read my post on 7 effective ways to have a good morning. It is worth reading.

Stop following a toxic lifestyle. 99% of people who are being night owls are addicted for gaming, social media or anything connected to mobiles. They become very much addicted to their mobiles that they don't sleep all night. Always remember, Lack of sunlight, exercise and unproper eating routines will lead you to health issues. And even mentally disturbed. 

Earlier, night 10 o clock feels like midnight for a majority of people on the contrary nowadays even 1 o clock am is too early for bed for some.

Another disadvantage is for the young generation. It is almost two years now that the pandemic have started. Schools have closed. Children stay back at homes and study online.  True friendship is being extincting. Kids are missing The fun time they should gain from friends, extra curricular activities and school life. 

Many children misuse the mobile or PC which parents have brought them to use for zoom classes. Most cheat on parents and play games. These things spoil kids.

Recently, there were few cases how children have suiceided because parents haven't allow them to play games. 

These stories are really heart breaking!

This how people being worse during quarantine. I think they would follow a  hygienical routine if there was no lockdown, no covid 19. They would go to work as usual.

What can you do to come over these challenges?

  • Wake up early 
  • Keep your mobiles aways at night
  • Sleep early
  • Eat good food on time
  • Get to gather with family
  • Follow exercises
  • Keep eye on your children
  • Limit mobile games or even stop
  • Keep your environment clean.
  • Start a hobby
  • Strat something new (home based income/blogging/youtubing etc)

There are people who follows above methods.  I myself have witnessed. 

Among the different type of people I see on social media , some have really improved themselves during quarantine. People seems to take use of their quarantine because its like a nice holiday for them that they can stay at home. 

I have witnessed a vast change on my neighbours who have once used to work like workaholics on their jobs. Once upon a time they didn't have time to spend with their family or not even taking care of their own fitness. But now they wake up early and do workouts together with family. They spend most of the time laughing on their garden. Even the children are helping their mother with the household chores. I think this is good parenting. If you are a parent, please take steps to lookafter your children on a correct manner.

Another benefit for health is no restaurant foods! Restaurant foods are not good for the hygiene.  People post short videos on how they make their homemade food and everybody seems to be happy following Internet recepies . Here is a recipe book many people have taken use of. It's worth following. Many have started YouTube channels and blogs. Quarantine had brought all the hidden creativity of humans.

What I like all about lockdown is how the families are happy being together.

While I scroll down on Instagram feed I see how celebrities share their hygienical routines, yoga practices and workouts. Really interesting to watch.

Those are the bright sides of lockdown.

Anyway, covid 19 is spreading throughout the world. Many are dying. Children being orphaned due to this. None of us ever dreamt that something miserable like covid would come to earth. People are psychologically fallen down of hearing the deaths.

Each and everybody have a fear that they would become a victim for covid 19. Everybody fears that they would be a prey for this.

Commonly, parents are worried thinking about the situation of their children if they become a victim and children being worried about their elders.

Nowadays everybody are stressed thinking about all the misfortunes and scenarios pandemic had caused.

What can we do?

Be safe, wear mask, get the vaccine, reduce get-togethers, and don't travel, keep your self clean.

Let's pray that corona should vanish from earth soon.

  3. The best things is trying new food recipes. But not everyone can do that. Nowadays poverty is becoming more. There are many, who starve due to pandemics. Many lost jobs.
