7 effective ways to have a good morning.

In this busy life of yours, you must atleast start your good morning peacefully. When you step out your house at 7 o clock am to your office, all you will experience is the traffic jam, the heavy noisses of the vehicle horns, crowded pedestrian. Full day work after you reach the office. Frustrating right?

Have you ever felt like atleast you need a peaceful morning? Then here you are!

Here are some 7 effective ways to start your morning peacefully.

1. Wake up before sun

Are you a person who just wake up ten minutes before work, crash into the bathroom, have a quick wash and run to work with a puffy morning face?

Now, if you want the peaceful good morning let's just add some change for your daily routine.

Wake up atleast 2 and half hours before work. Let's say if your leaving to work at 7:30 am, you can wake at 5:00am. If you are a housewife or don't work thats more than better because you have more time to have a peaceful morning.

2. Start with prayers

Who ever you are, sure you must be bound to a religion. Start your day with prayers. Practicing religion will really help your mind and relieve stress. If you a person who doesn't practice prayers, start from now onwards. I assure you that it will help you to become a good human because every religion preaches good things. So that let's leave a 15 minutes for it.

3. Yoga

Practice yoga and meditation. This will help you to relax your mind. Practicing yoga also helps you to be beautiful and slows aging. If you dont know nothing about yoga just browse the internet. There are various tutorials so now you can choose some thing suitable for you.

So let's leave 30 minutes for it.

4. Exercise

Exercise is really important to maintain health and fitness. Exercise atleast 15 minutes daily to have a good health. Hope that will be fit for you through out the day.

5. Relax

You spend 15 minutes for prayers, 30 minutes for yoga, another 15 minutes for exercise So when you reach this step it will already be 6 o clock am if you started with 5 o clock am.

So this is the time to have a bit of relax and realise what actually morning is. Step out!

If you have a balcony just go out and smell the nature. Or else if you do not have go out for a walk.

You will hear the singing of the birds.

Beauty of the sky with its brightening clouds.

The fading moon.

The sun which has just begun to shine.

This moment is priceless my friends. It's a lovely moment which I always like.

Let's give 15 minutes for this amazing scenery.

6. Television, coffee and breakfast.

Next you can make a cup of tea or coffee, put your legs up on the table and switch on the television. I would pretty much fancy to watch cartoon on this time because it really cheers me up. If you are not a cartoon lover you can watch whatever you fancy.
There are plenti of morning programmes on televisions which might be helpful on your life.
And let me tell you that you can have your breakfast at this time too.

Television, coffee and breakfast. Isn't that interesting

And let's give a Time of 30 minutes for the television.

It must be 6:45 by now.

7. Finally, get ready

Have a shower. It's time up. Get ready for work.

Look at your face in the mirror. You will wonder what you see. A lovely you. No puffy face. A lovely glow on your skin. Happy you. Cheer up and go to work.

It's a good morning. You are fit and beautiful.

As a beginner you will find it hard to follow. But atleast try to skip some steps and give it a try. If you dont have enough time you can skip steps. Your main goal is to be relaxed in the morning.

Try waking up early morning. You will get used to it and other day you will not need alarm. You will automatically wake up. Trust me.

If you a person who needs to cook before work, then you will some how have to manage in between or wake up some time early. Anyways you can follow your own convenient time.

I'm only trying to give some ideas and advice.

Thanks for reading. Meet you next time with something interesting.
