Welcome to the inaugural post of our Sunday Gratitude Series! This is a special weekly series dedicated to cultivating gratitude and spreading positivity. In this fast-paced world, where time seems to fly by, it's important to pause, reflect, and appreciate the blessings in our lives. The Sunday Gratitude Series aims to create a space for deepening our sense of gratitude and fostering a habit of appreciation.

In today's post, we embark on a journey of gratitude together, exploring different aspects of life that we can be thankful for. It's a reminder to slow down, look around, and acknowledge the abundance that surrounds us. By engaging in this practice, we can elevate our well-being and transform our perspective.

Gratitude is more than a fleeting feeling or polite gesture; it's a way of life that opens doors to profound joy and contentment. Scientific research has shown that practicing gratitude has a myriad of benefits for our mental, emotional, and physical health. When we cultivate gratitude, we shift our focus from what's lacking to what's present, creating a positive ripple effect in our lives.

So, what exactly is gratitude? At its core, gratitude is the heartfelt recognition and appreciation of the good things in life. It involves acknowledging the blessings, big or small, and expressing genuine thanks for them. Gratitude allows us to see the beauty in the ordinary, find meaning in everyday moments, and connect with the abundance that exists within and around us.

By actively practicing gratitude, we can reframe our thoughts, cultivate a positive mindset, and develop resilience in the face of challenges. Gratitude helps us savor the present moment, nurture relationships, and foster a deeper sense of empathy and compassion. It brings us closer to ourselves, others, and the world.

Through the Sunday Gratitude Series, we invite you to embark on this transformative journey of appreciation. Each Sunday, we'll explore different themes, techniques, and stories related to gratitude, providing practical tips and inspiration to enhance your gratitude practice. Together, we'll dive into the depths of gratitude, uncovering its profound impact on our well-being.

Remember, the Sunday Gratitude Series is not just about reading and consuming information; it's about actively engaging and applying the principles of gratitude in your life. We encourage you to take part in the discussion, share your insights, and incorporate gratitude into your daily routine.

So, let's gather around this virtual gratitude circle and create a community of gratitude seekers. Together, we'll cultivate a habit of appreciation, and Sundays will become a cherished time of reflection and growth. Join us on this journey and witness the transformative power of gratitude.

Amigurumi means crocheting stuffed animals. It is another level of crochet. Personally, I love crochet soft toys more that the readymade soft toys I see from the store. They are satisfying to watch. Cute to keep in home. Good to give it to a baby. The finishing is just awesome. GREAT WAYS TO IMPROVE LIFE AT HOME

Spending a peaceful life at home is everyone's intention. After all, if you do or don't have peace in your life, you must learn how to improve life quality. It is so unhappy to hear from people about the toxic quality of life they have at home. Many loves to live in peace and follow a good lifestyle, but they claim that they have got a toxic household, big family issues, don't have a personal room etc. Some say that they would improve their lifestyle into a better quality of life if they have a room all alone or get out from the family and goes to live alone, but these thoughts works only fifty per cent. I have witnessed, many of my friends said so. Once they got a room all alone, or they shifted alone, absolutely nothing changed in their lifestyle. Their lifestyle went on and on like • Getting up at 2 am • Eating breakfast • No lunch • Wash • Sitting on the computer for hours/ on mobile • Going to sleep at 3 or 4 o clock am. You don't need everything al...

How quarantine changed lifestyle

There is nothing to explain more about the prevailing pandemic conditions as we have already acknowledged about that. There are few things, no, not few things, many things have change in people's life due to this. Some to better, some from better to worse,  or worse to the worst. To say, more than the bright side of quarantine, bad side is more to talk.  I can see how people have changed their day and lifestyle. It is really disappointing to watch how people make night time as their day and the daytime as night. Many tend to be awake all nights just like owls. This practice is not good for health. You may also like to read my post on 7 effective ways to have a good morning. It is worth reading.
